Newtrics was initially designed as a personal online space of the author, but was later released to provide professional IT solutions and services. Newtrics was created on 14th of February 2007, foremerly known as Sticsoft and has grown to add more services over the past few years. Newtrics is owned by Andreas Mastichis, author and developer with an experience in the IT industry of over 10 years and has recently gained a Computer Science degree.
This site was developed using web standards, simple design, updated technologies of the web, is easily accessible by most browsers and is accessability features friendly.
The site was constructed from scratch, fully supporting CSS (cascading style sheets) version 1.1 and HTML(hypertext markup language) version 4.01. The site is HTML and CSS validated (strict). Some JavaScripts have been used on forms validations and some CGI as well. Accessability passed for 'Priority 1' features and additionally a few human tests. Checked with Etre Accessibility check which has passed 'Priority 1 & 2' tests with warnings, and the Wave Accessability tester which has passed the fully automated test for screen readers. It also conforms with W3C's Level 1 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
